Shila Nieves Burney

A venture capitalist, Shila Nieves Burney is the Founder and Managing Partner of Zane Venture Fund and the creator of Zane Access, a groundbreaking platform revolutionizing deal flow and founder development in the Southeast. She has built strategic partnerships with institutions like Georgia State, Invest Atlanta, and major corporations, driving investment into alpha generating founders. Sig Mosley

Recognized as “The Godfather of Angel Investing” in the Southeast, Sig Mosley has been a leading force in venture capital for over 30 years. He holds the record for the largest Southeast venture deal ($5.7B, TradeX) and has funded over 145 startups with 100+ successful exits. As the Managing Partner of Mosley Ventures and former President of Imlay Investments, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Atlanta’s tech ecosystem. Sig earned a BBA in Accounting from Emory University and an AA in Business Administration from Oxford College. He currently serves on boards including The Imlay Foundation, Silicon Road Ventures, The Russell Center, and Emory and Georgia State Universities.

Rachel Wilson

Rachel Wilson is a strategic venture capital advisor with extensive experience managing $120M in assets under management across multiple funds. With a proven track record spanning the entire investment lifecycle, Rachel excels at fundraising, LP relations, portfolio construction, and performance optimization. She holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in Managerial Economics from Agnes Scott College.
